About Me
I didn’t begin my career in healing.
I began as an accountant — practical, driven, responsible — and quietly living with chronic low back pain. On paper, everything looked stable. But inside, something felt disconnected.
During a Reiki session that significantly reduced my pain, I experienced something unexpected: I felt deeply connected to myself… and to my purpose. It wasn’t just physical relief. It was clarity. It was alignment. It was a remembering.
That experience changed everything.
Eight years ago, I made the decision to shift careers and follow the path of energetic healing. I studied with an Egyptian Priestess who profoundly empowered my journey with Reiki, and I became a Reiki Master. For over five years, I have been practicing in Sonoma County, CA, supporting women through healing, transition, and self-reclamation.
But my work deepened in a way I could never have planned.
When my father died, I entered a grief I wasn’t prepared for. I felt the ache of loss in ways that you can't understand unless you have lost a parent too. Reiki became an anchor for me — a steady place to land when everything felt uncertain.
At this time in my life, I was worry about something else: my children.
How do we help young hearts navigate the death of someone they love? Why aren’t we taught the skills to move through grief in healthy ways? Why do so many of us grow up believing we’re supposed to “be strong” instead of supported?
Those questions led me to study grief recovery more deeply and to create Grief Support Online Zoom groups for parents with children. What began as a desire to support my own family grew into something larger.
Today, I offer monthly inperson grief support circles and Four-Week and Eight-Week Zoom programs designed to support individuals and families through a variety of losses — from death to divorce, life transitions, and the quiet griefs that often go unnamed.
My work blends structured grief recovery tools with the compassionate presence of Reiki. I believe healing happens in connection — to ourselves, to our loved ones, and to community.
Whether you are navigating fresh loss, long-held grief, or simply feeling called to reconnect with yourself, you are not meant to do it alone.
Healing is not about forgetting.
It’s about integrating.
It’s about carrying love forward without carrying the weight alone.
I would be honored to walk with you.
