Because I don’t just teach healing — I have lived it.
I know what it feels like to be high-functioning on the outside and quietly hurting on the inside. I know what it feels like to sit in a Reiki session and realize something deeper is calling you. I know what it feels like to lose a parent and suddenly realize the world is different — and that no one really taught you how to navigate that.
I come to this work not only as a practitioner, but as a daughter, a mother, and a woman who has walked through loss and transformation herself.

As a mother, I know the quiet panic that can arise when our children experience loss. We want to protect them. We want to say the right thing. We want to make it better — even when we don’t know how.
My grief groups for parents were born from that exact place. I don’t approach grief as something to “fix.” I help you gain language, tools, and confidence so you can support your children without suppressing your own emotions.
